Prilosec effectively treats gastric acidity, fights heartburn, esophagus inflammation, and ulcers.
Prilosec acts against heartburn. Heartburn arises when the stomach content is regurgitated in the esophagus.
Prilosec stops gastric acidity present in the stomach.
Prilosec contains the same active substance as in treatments requiring a prescription. Omeprazole fights against esophagus inflammation, prevents acidity production, and painful heartburn.
Composition :
Active Ingredients: Omeprazole magnesium (equivalent to 20 mg of Omeprazole – acid reducer) – 20,6 mg.
Inactive Ingredients: Glyceral Monostearate, Hydroxypropyl cellulose , Hypromellose, Iron Oxide, Stearate Magnesium, Methacrylic Acid Copolymer, Micro Crystalline Cellulose, Paraffin, Polyethylene Glycol 6000, Polysorbate 80, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Sodium Stearyl Fumarate, Amidon, Sucrose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Triethyl Citrate.
Posology / Directions:
This product is to be used once a day (every 24 hours), every day for 14 days. It may take 1 to 4 days for full effect, although some people get complete relief of symptoms within 24 hours.
Swallow 1 tablet with a glass of water before eating in the morning. Take it every day for 14 days. Skip one day, and repeat a 14-day cycle every 4 months, if needed. Do not exceed 4 months, unless directed by your doctor.
